I always loved experimenting on food. This is one such experiment; I need to say a tasty and healthy one. We were just bored of eating sweet corn with butter and masala as the local corn vendor prepares it, wanted to explore some good taste out of it. Hope you all enjoy it too. 1 Cup Sweet Corn
½ Cup Chopped Onions
½ Cup Chopped Tomato
1-2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
½ Cup Grated Carrot
½ Cup Capsicum (chopped)
½ Cup Grated Apple (optional)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Fistful of Coriander Leaves
Little Pepper powder/Miriayala podi
¼ Cup Sev (small mixture)
- Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Add onions and cook till they turn transparent.
- Now add capsicum, chopped green chillies, cooked sweet corn and keep for 5-6 mins.
- Now put off the flame, add tomato, carrot, apple, coriander leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
- Finally garnish with sev and serve immediately.
